In Volcanic world, students learn the basic programming concepts Sequences, Conditionals, Loops, Events, Variables, and Functions through block based programming. Students will be able to view the corresponding code in the text-based coding language JavaScript.
This journey is composed of a set of adventures. In each adventure students will create their own program using coding blocks to achieve a task through a simulated robot.
This learning journey ends with a special adventure which is the learning project. In the learning project, students will use the Blocks learned through the journey to build a game. Students can download this game to his/her smart phone and share it with others.
In this journey, students learn the basic movement of Robo inside the field as well as functions that make changes to the field like set color and write text. Students solve missions to get familiar with Sequencing and motor actions of Robo while playing and apply some simple math concepts.

ROBO does not know how to get to the volcano yet, but he will find hints to take him to the right place. And you can help ROBO choose the right path. ROBO will use your compass and the rope to begin the climb. Good luck!
